Item was not as described even though I left positive feedback as I had not yet checked it entirely, I was on the train on the way back after picking it up when I left the positive feedback.
I found out after I arrived home and tried to insert an install CD into the Macbook that the CD drive was totally stiff. It didn't work properly at all. I did have his mobile, so I contacted him about it and after a lot of discussion, he said he would come and pick it up the next day (Christmas Day) and refund the cash.
We met him at the train station, because it takes a while to get there and back and he gave me the cash refund in full plus he understood after taking the long train journey that it took me a while and cost more than it would for a city pickup, so he gave me $20 cash extra for the train fare too.
A very nice seller, who made an honest mistake and was good enough to return the cash in person and pick up!
Thanks again! I just wanted people to know that things can turn out well when you resolve it yourself.

Great to hear stories like that. IMO if you communicate with the seller, most problems can be solved.
