Hi - I am *****ONLY ASKING****** for a reminder on number of days from " payment to international seller TO receipt of goods " for the option of opening a 'non arrival of item' case. I have purchased a heap of items in the last month ( a few from OS) and have had absolutely NO issues whatsoever ( they have been delivered in speedy time) . A couple from the UK and one from the US have been here for well over a week ( fabulous sellers...lol). I 'looked' on the site map but could not find my answer. If I know the cut off day, I can open a case ( for MY protection), and close it immediately my item arrives ........( OR repay if ALL the timing is out)
Cheers

Did they send it via GSP? Where was it coming from ?

For a Paypal dispute/claim it's 45 days from purchase in which to open a dispute, after opening a dispute you then have a further 20 days in which to either escalate it to a claim or close it.
PLEASE NOTE: From mid November the time limit for opening a Paypal dispute increased from 45 days to 180 days, but I'm not sure if the new time limit can be applied retrospectively to purchases made prior to that date so it's safer to assume not ((until/unless someone can confirm otherwise).
Good luck.

From the UK (4/11) - two items from different UK sellers, purchased 3 days earlier both arrived well over a week ago.
I guess there's no need to panic yet - plenty of time left...lol - Thanks

Check whether your UK seller used the Global Shipping Program (it will be in the payment section under the price in the listing). If the UK version of GSP is anything like the US, then they are notoriously slow (unless it's a large, heavy, bulky item).
