I've bought a few expensive model cars from the US and they're always sent by Asendia. The problem is, the last two items have arrived in Australia (Melbourne) but there's no tracking after that and they weren't delivered. Ebay were great and refunded me both times, but honestly I don't want a refund, I want my items!
It's ridiculous to think that they've made it all the way to Australia and then are getting lost on their way from Melbourne.
Is there any way not to use Asendia? How do I go about this? Thanks.

Ask the seller to send by different method??

"Is there any way not to use Asendia"
No, that's who eBay use for the international part of the journey.
The problems seem to occur when Aramex is used for the final delivery in Australia

I have had items sent by Asendia from USA, most times they are handled by DAI post who are located in Braeside Vic. You can phone or email them.
