In March I purchased 18 pk items for my IPhone never received them. I place a complaint with EBay Customer Services and have had no reply and the seller has my Money. What can I do?

There is absolutely nothing you can do now as it is well outside the 45 days to open a dispute.
If you paid with a credit card through paypal you could try a chargeback through your bank.
You say you "complained to ebay"....did you actually open a dispute in paypal and escalate it to a claim?

How did you pay? Did you open an item not received claim? Did you contact the seller? What on earth does your poll mean? ๐

I am going to assume that the OP contacted ebay thinking they could sort out the problem. If you come back here to check on answers OP, in future if you do not receive an item you have paid for within 2 - 3 weeks you go to 'resolve a problem' - open an INR dispute (item not received) then escalate to a claim as soon as you can if still not received, follow through to the end and once the disopute is closed paypal with refund your money. This is called buyer protection and is why you ALWAYS use paypal, no matter what other payment a seller may try to talk you into. You can take no action on this particular item as you must open a dispute within 45 days (I think) after that, unless a credit card was used as stated earlier and you try a chargeback you have done your money
