i purchase a dress from these people and they cancelled the item after some time re customs
I left feed back on to their not to their liking and now they are harrassing me on my decison
there were two dress that i purchased and did not received one as both were cancelled
i am wrting as they are emaiing me to change my feedback as this is not the first email i have received on this subject and would like this to stop
can you please help

I would suggest you report this person to ebay and add them to your blocked list

According to the seller the items were returned by Customs and you were given a full refund.
Did you ask why the tiems were reterned and if so were you given an explanation?
Was it because you were asked to pay duty on them and declined?

I doubt the dress even got as far as customs "she" , Chinese seller with dubious feedback - says it all.
I would be ignoring their emails, they'll give up after a while and try some other buyer to change their feedback.

I think you.are right, Padi. I should have dug a bit deeper. And their response to bad feedback seem mostly to be one of only two standard replies.

With their feedback I would have been more surprised if I had received a useable item! Just delete their messages without reading them so they are only wasting their own time, not yours.
