Refund for fraudulent listing

eBay has emailed ME about a recent purchase I made, it appears only as I emailed the seller  -  and they've told me the persons account may be compromised. Very generic email telling me to be careful with them. No reply possible.  Now I see the account is removed, listing gone etc.  Thus I gather the account was not just suspicious, eBay knew they were offending.

So how do I get my money back immediately?  It appears all I can do is 'contact seller'  button and then if they don't reply after 3 days eBay will help.  

Thats  pretty poor when eBay themself identified the issue..... I'd like to be able to resolve with them right now as I need my money back to buy another, not wait a week for my hard-earned cash back 😞 

Paypal does not appear to have  a way to report it (directs me to eBay)

Wait until the estimated time of delivery and then after 24 hours you can file an INR with eBays MBG
