Hi have ordered vitamin 12 tablets and paid 65 AUD but haven't received any product because it was cancelled by the seller and awaiting for refund but no refund received yet. Thank you

How did you pay?
How long ago was the transaction cancelled?
If you paid via Paypal with a credit card, the refund will go back to your card, for example.
It can take several days to reflect in your card balance
