I commenced a return of a faulty item back in Sept to the seller who was happy to fix the fault and return to me. Ebay has since closed my initial dispute but the seller still has not returned my fixed item, given me a refund or sent me a replacement. They were good to deal with until I sent it back and now I hear nothing. I have been chasing them up and they keep saying they will call the warehouse and get back to me. My last email to them was really rude and they are not responding to me at all. But I'm sure they would be **bleep** off if they were in my shoes. How can I get Ebay to step in to help if the initial sale was a few months ago?
