I am trying to purchase from a buyer whose listing states that they post to my country, but I keep getting this message.

We are sorry but the item you selected may not be purchased due to Seller shipping restrictions, country specific import/export or other relevant restrictions.

I have never had that message myself but it seems pretty self explanatory to me.   You cannot purchase that item from that seller due to some sort of (unexplained) restrictions.

Just look elsewhere for your item.

The item you wish to buy may be one that is not allowed by law to be bought online and imported into Australia by individuals without a permit, for example, knives.
