Any body has experience returned a laptop to America?
The laptop is on the way to Melbourne. I found out the laptop is not the item as the seller described by MPN and its specifications and the worst mistake is the screen non-touch version. The seller asked how much partial refund I would request. The seller also delisted the item as no stock after they realised the issue.
Any experience using FedEx for returning to America? Sounds complicated from United States Commmunity Hub.
or request partial refund? How much? Any advise?

Any Advice?
Wait until you receive the item.
Further advice would be generic - why buy a computer from the USA? They are readily available in Australia.

Have a think about the type of laptop that is on its way and whether it would do the jobs you want it to do.
Is a non touch version acceptable to you, even if it is disappointing?
Maybe look up Australian online prices for the non touch version. Or even ebay prices for the non touch ones, to work out what would be a reasonable price, then deduct a little bit more because you're being sent something you weren't after. That might give you a ball park figure for a partial refund.
Obviously, a partial refund would be the easiest route and possibly would save the seller money too, but your interests come first.
If you find the laptop that is coming is acceptable, albeit a bit disappointing as it lacks a couple of features, then you may go the partial refund route.
If it really is not acceptable at all, then you'll need to arrange with the seller for a return for a full refund, which should be at their expense.
