You could have
refused to collect it/accept it
Written return to sender on the unopened package
Written not known / no such person at this address on the unopened package
Someone else who lives at the address could have returned it
We are'nt mind readers and have no idea what happened
Did you need to open a dispute for something?
Did you have a case open and eBay closed it in your favour and refunded you?
Did the seller say you returned an incorrect item to them?
