Rookie mistake. You bought a scam item from a scam Chinese seller. That is evident by the seller having a large amount of normally higher priced items listed for a low price. Open an item not received dispute through PayPal and escalate to a claim as soon as it will let you.
In future, if something is really cheap, the seller has a lot of them, they are in China, DO NOT BUY. If it looks too good to be true, then it is. Those sellers make a lot of money because new buyers like yourself don't know you can claim a refund. They depend on new buyers because so many new buyers still think eBay is the place to get a bargain. It's not. Not when it comes to stuff like this. No genuine seller is going to sell items for less than what they'd cost wholesale.
These items don't exist, so make sure you open a PayPal dispute as soon as you can so you can get a refund. In future, if you are unsure about an item and whether it's genuine or not, ask on the (UK) forums, or the nearest forums you can access from Portugal. Don't forget to leave the scammer feedback. The more people who leave bad feedback, the sooner eBay will close the account down.

They probably didn't, but a lot of that feedback could have come in since they bought. That seller has made a killing. It's no wonder they keep hijacking accounts. I'd like to be able to make my annual wages in a week like these creeps do.

It's the same seller from this thread: http://community.ebay.com.au/t5/Buying/fraudulent-seller-lt-Removed-gt/m-p/1984734#U1984734
They just did a name change.
They were first reported on the 4th of August and they were still able to sell for another 18 days.
Trust & Safety have dropped the ball AGAIN,
I've sent another message to T & S here,(there is no Email option in the UK's Help & Contact options so
they can't be reported there,(I've asked their buying board how they do it).

Thanks,
I just wish that they actually get someone that knows what a scam listing is,
When they bought in that you can't name and shame a member they made it impossible for the thread to stay.
That off course means that scammers are a protected species as most members don't know how to report them
and if the use the report link on the listing nothing gets done,(I reckon it's there to make members think that
action will be taken but none is taken),
