Contact ebay immediately. Not via message but live chat if you can.
Politely ask them to look at the messages.
The main point is not the abuse, believe it or not.
It is the fact you offered to pay via ebay and the seller is refusing to allow you to do this.
Point out to the rep that the seller wants to do business off ebay.
I too would refuse to pay in the circumstances and especially since the seller has been unnecessarily uprofessional and abusive.
Worst case scenario is you might get one strike but ebay should remove it once they see the messages and even if they didn't, one strike can't hurt your account and no one can see it anyway. Plus you would still have your $135 and that is the main thing!
Don't pay. Contact ebay again.
