Hello Just to alert eBay buyers not to buy from seller REMOVED located in East Ipswich Queensland since 03 Sep, 2016. the seller asks you to pay by bank transfer saying paypal payments are being held until verified and they need the funds immediately then do not send the item but keep it listed for others to buy it over and over agian. they have gotten a lot of neagtive feedback from other buyers treated the same way but as soon as the bad feedback appears it gets removed. Can't see how that can happen they are fraud sellers and need to be kicked off ebay . ebay need to stop removing the negative feeback if it is them removing it as all the other potential buyers need to see it so be aware not to send them any money for anything. Please do not buy from these sellers. thank you.

What do they do if a buyer pays immediately using PayPal (apparently accepted)? Do they cancel and ask to repay by bank transfer? If they don't like MP, they should not sell on eBay.
By the way, we are not allowed to name and shame on this board. You can share item numbers, which ultimately means people will see who the seller is, but you can't name sellers.

Never pay via bank transfer - it's in the Ebay guidelines as one of the methods that is not covered by any Ebay protection.
It's also possibly a hijacked account. Report the seller and/or the listing.

MP means Managed Payments by the way, and it is true that new or irregular/sporadic sellers don't get their money immediately, but he can't circumvent the rule by asking buyers to use bank transfer (which offers no protection to buyers).

Sadly, you have lost your money. Absolutely nothing you can do unfortunately. Never EVER pay by bank transfer unless you have bought many times from the same seller. Seriously, just don't do it. I have one seller who I'm happy to do a transfer for, as I've been buying from them for years, but apart from that, absolutely NO WAY. I'm sorry you learned the hard way.

Just to add - get onto your bank right away to advise them that you have been swindled. You have the scammers bank details, so ask them to launch an investigation.
