Seller after six months still has not replaced item I returned.

Back in March I paid for hair extensions for my daughter. They described clip in human hair extensions but sent glue in ones and they were not the colour I ordered.i returned the item straight away then have sent countless messages I last received a message about four months ago promising to replace them but still nothing. Now I can't even leave negative feedback because they have been stalling me long enough for the feedback period to expire . I don't know what action to take next

After all this time there is absolutely nothing you can do through paypal or ebay.

Your only hope might be if you funded your paypal payment with a credit card or Visa debit card.  You could as your bank about a chargeback but it could be too late for that too....it depends on your bank.
