Seller has blocked me and item hasn't arrived

I have recently purchased a number of items from a seller in the US which didn't arrive. After questioning postage costs for another purchase they blocked me and I am unable to contact them. I am unable to open a case with Ebay as they keep referring me to PayPal. I notice this seller has numerous negative comments for the same reasons. What can I do?

Go to your purchased item and on the right you will see a drop down button - click on that a select Resolve a Problem and follow the prompts.

 

In future - ALWAYS check feedback of a seller, especially an oversea's seller, before purchasing.

 

You have 45 days to open a dispute in paypal and 60 days to leave feedback for a seller, so keep an eye on those dates.

Its happened to me to. Very easy for seller to have a buyer blocked and sometimes its about absolutely nothing virtually. Asking ebay to have block removed doesnt seem to work either. So you are stuck.

Sellers can block any member that they want to block....they don't have to have a reason.  Ebay will not interfer with a seller's blocks so you are wasting your time complaining to them.
