I purchased an Item from a seller, after two weeks I find that my money has been refunded and that the transaction was cancelled. So I contacted the seller to ask why and there was no reply. I went to leave feedback for this transaction and there is no leave feedback option. How is this possible?
Is this a loophole for sellerS?
I did contact ebay about this and they confirmed that if the seller cancels the transaction via eBay, then I would not be able to leave feedback.
Surely this is not right? A friend of mine is a seller on here and we have gone through their sold items and they do not have the option from the drop down to cancel the transaction unless a refund is done from paypal first, is it only certain sellers that have this option?

Looks like it could be a little bit of kharma - going by the 2 negs you received yourself.
Just sayin'

There is also a loophole with buyers with multiple ID's .Seller blocks one ID due to a nightmare buyer,so buyer opens another ID to avoid the block.
How many ID's do you have? I count 3 so far with a total of 50+ negs given to sellers. Some buyers just like to wield the stick that ebay gives them
So much for ebay's theory that a buyer with a negative experience is less likely to shop on ebay again.

Oh if anyone is wondering what my comment to carnabycool is about, just look at the thread started by taj555 titled-removal of negative follow up to feedback comment.
A must read for anyone who sells fancy dress and/or party wigs or any item starting at .99c.Unless you have kinda met & know already.
Same category items, same negs, same buyer just different ID's.

Have found myself in the same situation:
It does seem there is a loophole here, regardless of anyone's status... just sayin'

One poor seller copped a neg because they refunded........but there was no apology. For goodness sakes. It's no wonder buyers get such a bad rap. it's buyers like this that are causing good sellers to shut up shop because they're sick of being scammed.
It's party time, who wants a special invite? I have 3 names on the list already!
