I won a bid on a portable harddrive from a seller. I realise that they are new to eBay and only have a feedback score of 2 but I went through with bidding because I thought, hey, everyone's got to start somewhere.
Anyway, I paid for my item immediatly, this was on the 20th... it is now the 28th and seller has still not bothered to post my item. I have tried messaging them twice now with no response. Now I am getting worried. Estimated delivery isn't till the 1st Dec. but I had expected it to be sent and arrived at my doorstep by now considering we both live in Australia and it usually only takes about 3-4 days for items to arrive once paid.
What should I do? I don't think this seller is ever going to reply.

You can open a dispute for item not received and go from there.
Hope you paid with paypal and not bank dep.

bit too soon to worry. Seller says they post within 2 business days of payment.... so maybe it was only posted on Monday or Tuesday this week.. mail is painfully slow within Australia at present, depending on how far it has to come, may not arrive till mid next week.
the fact that it isnt maked Posted doesnt necessarily mean it has not been, just maybe that they forgot to mark it as such, or as they are new maybe even dont know how to mark as posted if they dont use the eBay postage labels.
too soon to jump the gun on this one I think

If it has to go through any sorting facility in Qld there may be a delay - some restructures that are taking place throughout Qld have resulted in MSD being very slow.
Don't worry yet, give it time, eBays 'ETA' is a joke especially at this time of year.
