Brought a handbag.Never arrived emailed seller she rang aust post and was informed the parcel had been declined(never happened) bag sent back to her shes now selling same bag.No response to emails Am i entitled to a refund especially as shes selling my bag.Ive never ever had a prob on ebay the entire time ive used it.What do i do?Thankyou for your time Wendy

Yes. As you can verify that the seller retained (or regained) possession of the item, you should be refunded. (Reselling it doesn't really affect that, just makes the fact they seem to be ignoring your messages and haven't voluntarily refunded a bit worse).
If you paid via PayPal, open an item not received dispute, it may get a little tricky if the seller did originally ship the item and can prove it, so if that is the case let us know and someone can advise how to proceed and deal with PayPal.
If you paid by some other, unprotected means (eg bank deposit), it will be a lot harder to try and get a refund, if at all, but you can report them for online fraud.
