Hi all, I have bought an LG Optimus pro battery. BL-47TH but this seller sent me BL-48TH.
I have contacted the seller for my battery, but the seller doesn't want to sent the correct one.
So, I go for refund and my question is.
Since this is the seller mistake, then the seller should pay for the return post.
How can I ask Ebay to step in and ask the seller to pay for the return postage?
Thanks

If you open a dispute the seller has to pay for return postage ie they should send you a prepaid satchel, or use a click and send label and email it. If you get nowhere with the seller ask eBay to "step in, they will close the dispute, refund you the full price including original postage without the need to return the item,
