Seller who never shipped goods refusing to refund - note: ebay referenc no shipping details for item

Goods never shipped after being bought in Dec 2020 - now 15 June 2021

Have been asking for a refund for months - they say they will ship again - never arrives - demanded a refund - they keep stalling.

I want to get the refund - not just give them a bad review - I want my money back too.

Is there a good course of action to follow?

Not with eBay, you have 30 days from last estimated date of delivery.

You have 180 days from date of transaction with Paypal, so that MIGHT be an option. Depends on when in December.

If you funded with a credit card, you could try a chargeback through your bank, but that could be out of time.

For future reference, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER accept a promise of resending, especially if the seller is overseas. Get your money back and purchase elsewhere.

Feedback is not an issue. You missed that boat months ago.
