Seller won't respond after winning with cash on Pickup.

Hi all, it's only been two days but as Xmas is coming (and I've been scammed before) I need to move quickly if possible.

I won this auction at a fair, slightly cheap price but now the seller will not respond to any messages. I need to pickup or make arrangements to buy elsewhere.

How can I prompt this person to respond? Can ebay contact the seller on my behalf?  2 days sounds short I know, but this is a SELLER? Surely the seller would be monitoring their sale.

Ebay Resolution Centre seems to  proceed with actions only AFTER payment has been made but this can't apply in this case.

Any suggestions would be welcome.

Give them a call.

On the ebay summary page select advanced search next to the search button.

In the left margin, select find contact info and follow prompts.

You will be emailed their details and they get yours.
