I won
"Leather Cutting Knife Leather Knife Leather Cutting blade Carbon Steel Blade"
from a horsey seller, I admit I won it at a good price and was very pleased, I've just been refunded and been told sorry listed in error they have not got stock
strangely enough his last negative was for the same knife with the same out of stock story
just venting 🙂

Time for the seller to receive another negative

The seller may be telling the truth as they have ended the BIN listing they had for the identical item.
There was only about 50c difference between the item you won and the BIN price so it seems unlikely they wouldn't honour the sale if they had the stock.

50 cents? They are bin for 26.99 or do I have the wrong seller.

Harley - the one for auction sold for $19.00 plus $7.50 postage so the total was $26.50
The BIN price was $26.99 including postage (plus Best Offer was available on the BIN listing).
They have ended another one they also had up for auction which is why I think they genuinely don't have the stock.

Based on what you guys have found out they may be genuine and have made a mistake, I'll let it go nicely
thanks

I wouldnt "let it go nicely".Being out of stock means the seller should remove the listing straight away. Seller probably hoping to keep listing on and not have to pay another listing fee. I would definitely "NEG" the seller.
