Silent seller

Hi. I have bought a baby's dress from a particular seller. In her listing she said she preferred not to post it. However, when I contacted her, she told me the price of posting it for me and I felt happy at the amount. I asked for an invoice for the total amount, but she hasn't got in contact with me yet. I am concerned she might raise a dispute for non-payment, as I cannot pay her without the total amount. I have a 100% rating and don't wish to loose this. Any ideas?

If you go to site map at the bottom of any page you can request contact details and call her, she can not leave negative feedbacks sellers can only give buyers positive or none

Buyers can only have 100% as sellers can't leave negatives & haven't been able to for around 4 years.

All you can do is either send her a Request total each day until she responds & make sure you pay with Paypal OR simply pay NOW using Paypal-she might get off her backside then, refund you & send an invoice with CORRECT total amount.

Just pay what is showing at the moment by paypal and ask her to send a request for payment for the postage or ask her to refund the payment and then send a new invoice with the postage included.

At least paying with paypal you are covered if it is not as described or does not arrived.

I'm assuming the seller intends to post the item..

OP, just send her another e-mail and inform her that if she doesn't reply, then you will have no other option but to report her as a Non Performing Seller

Stop sending emails and messages, that's obviously not working.

Go to ebay Checkout and proceed through to the screen that has a link that says "Request Payment Total". Fill it in and add a message, then send it off.

As for the seller, they may be struggling with adding the postage charge. They have to add it and click "send", not click on "recalculate" (which re-calculates the original invoice total).

How can the seller reduce your feedback percentage? Sellers haven't been able to leave negs for buyers for years.
