Someone wont accept my bid said he would post altho listing said pick up only, now will not give me postage cost

If the listing stated pick up only the time to ask about postage & cost of same is before bidding.

The seller is entitled to stick to their guns-it is after all their item & they can't be compelled to post same.

If they didn't want to post but agreed to in a question I would give them a fair chance to work it out. Remember you have asked for 'special treatment'
