Trying to contact seller re item

Hi all

I am trying to contact a seller in the US. When I reply to "No, I didn't get the answer I want" from the info he supplied and request to contact seller, under the Hi (sellers name) there is the wording "attach photos" inserted. The system or eBay will not let me delete that wording nor insert anything else so I cannot ask the seller anything. Is this a new fault as I could do ask sellers questions last week?

Any thoughts.

I have the same problem when using Internet Explorer,  but if I use Google Chrome or Firefox all is ok.  So it is an issue with IE.
