It must be an issue with your device then because I've never had trouble with the full site opening the app, unless I've told it to (which you have to accept). I've also not ever had problems with it reverting to the mobile site when I've done anything. Only time it reverts back to the mobile site is if I close the browser down and then reopen at a later date. I'm all out of ideas, you keep making excuses for anything anyone has suggested so I'd be surprised if anyone else has any others.
