Quite in shock at the customer support I received. I paid for items with invoice that stated FREE. Also had FREE written across picture and in postage bit. And I've been told that I should pay $13.25?????? Did customer support look at the listing properly. Dumbfounded to use a polite word.

The seller even admitted that they had listed it wrong with FREE. I paid the EBAY invoice which stated FREE.

If that's the case then the seller either sends the item or refunds you.
I'm not sure what eBay Customer Support is supposed to do.

You don't have to pay postage if it was listed as free. If the item doesn't turn up in a week or so, lodge a item not received dispute through paypal (hopefully you paid that way) escalate it to a claim and let paypal advise further. On completion of the dispute give the seller negative with factual feedback.

Some inexperienced sellers list items that they want to be picked up only as Free Post by mistake - after all in their mind there is no postage costs on a pick up item.
It sounds to me that this is what may have happened here, they have then sent you a request to pay the postage costs.
You can contact them and ask them to clarify the postage costs as the item was listed as Free Post - and then ask them to cancel the transaction if you don't want to pay the post costs. Ebay will support you should the seller open a Non Paying Buyer case - just try ringing them instead of using dead Live Help

Is it the size 6 dresses and one capri?
The seller posted using the ebay mobile app and that is notorious for offering free postage no matter what the seller might want to put as postage costs.
I feel sorry for the seller but they really should have checked their own listing.
