Hello,
I am unable to cancel my order from December 2020 which never arrived.
When I first notified the seller, they gave me the option of cancelling the order for a refund or they would resend my order. I chose the second option, however the items have never arrived.
Now I would like to cancel the order so I can at least get a refund. When I go to the "Cancel Your Order" customer service page
it doesn't recognise my order number and keeps giving me the following message
"We're sorry, but there are no items that match your search. Please try again."
Has anyone experienced the same issue? Can someone please help me?

You are way out of time for an eBay dispute. eBay gives you 30 days past the last estimated delivery date. You could try Paypal, which gives you 180 days from purchase date, assuming you paid that way.
Noting that Paypal only require the seller to provide proof of posting to your postcode.
Never, never, never accept a promise of a replacement, especially if the seller is not Australian. It is a common tactic to ensure any dispute times out. As yours has probably done.
