Undelivered Goods

Received a message  on the 1st April that the tweezers I had ordered were now delivered this is not true so I am still waiting. It was item No 383715638619 Order No18-06613-90398. Could you please assist me to get the tweezers I have paid for I will receive. Thank you

Today is still the 1st April also (I had a message two weeks ago to say something I had won had been delivered and it had not, it turned up 3 days later, so such messages DO happen)

If you provided the seller with your correct address, and you have an email stating it was delivered to that address, have you contacted AP/ the courier to ask where they left it?

Other members cannot help you get your tweezers, we do not have anything to do with the transaction sale or delivery

You must have received a tracking number as it is stating delivered, is the carrier Sendle by any chance?

A few people have mention this happening but they usually received it no long after. Just keep in mind there are 4 non business days coming up so don't panic.

If they don't arrive come back here and we can advise what to do next. Good luck
