I bought an item which is defective. Vendor offered me a refund of 30% and I can keep the faulty item. I refused and lodged a return request through eBay. The vendor is supposed to send me a return label.
Vendor has refused to send a return label and now offered me a refund of 50%.
I need some advice please. Has anyone experienced this before?

By return request, do you mean (specifically) you opened an item not as described dispute?
If the seller wants the item returned, they have to send you a return label
Otherwise follow through with the item not as described dispute
Unless that is not what you mean
Then open that dispute now
Follow through with it
Stop communicating with the seller
They are clearly playing with you
Where are they registered and how long ago did the item arrive?
How did you pay?
