Is it correct to assume that a verified Paypal member has their current and future addresses also verified ?
For all intents and purposes - If a US Global power seller only ships to 'verified paypal addresses' does that assume that overseas (verified) Paypal member falls into that category?
I am buying an item from a US global seller and I want this shipped to a US shipping company to consolidate my other packages, before coming inbound to Australia. The seller has indicated that to be covered by paypal - the buyer would need to be address verified. Whatever that means????
I have never encountered this before. SO before I send a paypal payment - how do i know that my address ( shipping company) is verified?

You may be able to ADD the USA address to your Paypal address profile.
I did this on one of my Paypal accounts.

You cannot have verified addresses in Australia, only verified paypal accounts
It is a long time since sellers were able to specify that they will only send to verified addresses if they sell internationally.
Just add the address you want the item sent to as your postal address before you go through checkout.

It would do no good adding any address in Paypal for an ebay item. The only address the seller ever sees is the one displayed in checkout when you go to make payment. The OP just needs to change the delivery address in checkout before continuing on to the make payment page.
