I purchased a tablet from this business almost two years ago and it was faulty. After months of trying to get a refund I requested a replacement. I returned the item which cose 228 and have never received my new one.

They have also changed names since that period.

Two years ago?    Surely you don't expect to be able to do anything about it now?

And we have no idea what seller you are referring to as you cannot name and shame on the boards.  The Moderators have removed the name of the seller.

How long afer it was purchased was the faulty tablet returned to the seller? 

The seller had done the wrong thing, but as posted above, you can't name them on this board.
