if you are complaining about listings that show a "Free Postage" banner across the picture on search results and then find that the items are "Local Pickup" then do not blame the sellers as this is an eBay issue. If no postage is specified, as in Local Pickup, eBay in their infinite wisdom will label this as Free Postage in some areas of their website, especially on smartphones.
If you see a Free Postage item and then find it is Local Pickup then hit the back button and move on. Don't let it get you worked up . . . . and that is something you have control over . . . . getting worked up I mean.
If your complaint is about something different then give us more details so we can help you.

If it's an item that the seller is posting and they had listed it as free postage and are now wanting to add a postage cost, they are not allowed to do so. It''s against the rules and the seller can be slapped for it.
If it's a pick up item that is labelled as free postage, then as Sir said, it's an eBay glitch.

As Slr sales said, there is a problem with listing pick up items from smart phones with the apps.
Always check the listing in the postage section to confirm before buying.
