What Do I do Now....

Long story short...

 

  1. Purchased items
  2. Items arrived damaged
  3. Placed a damaged/return via ebay
  4. Seller promised refund
  5. ebay puts case on hold (seller and I don't know why)
  6. many many emails go unanswered by ebay
  7. ebay answers, says refund is in with pay pal wait 72 hours
  8. Still waiting for refund 4 days later
  9. Phoned ebay, was told refund coming
  10. Was contacted by email saying refund will be in, in 24 hours
  11. Still waiting 7 days later
  12. emailed ebay....no response

So can someone please help me, I don't know what to do now.  

 

I have been waiting for over 3 weeks now and keep being told yes a refund has been issued but I havn't received any refunds, even seller (who has been great) has tried to issue a refund but can't because it is in dispute.

I have given ebay plenty of time due to the Christmas break but this is getting beyond a joke now.

 

ANY help as to what I do next would be so appreciated.

What Do I do Now....

Your best bet is to give eBay a call.....or use the call back option to get them to call you. The number can be found in the help and contact list at the top of the page. In the event there is no number listed when you go through all the options to get to your issue, try a different option, even if it's nothing to do with your issue. If you have no luck with the first person you speak to, ask to speak to a supervisor.

Hey Tippy Toes, thank you for your reply.

 

I have phoned ebay over a week ago and was bascially told "refund is on the way" but I didn't even think to ask to speak to a supervisor.  

 

I will do that asap.
