Hi,
I bid and won an item. but it's been a week now and still no word from the seller to where to pay and pick up the item. It was a pickup and pay on pickup.
What do I do??

request contact information from eBay, and perhaps giove them a call.
In the absence of some unexpected event or illness occurring, I would suspect that the seller has chosen not to go through with the sale.
If that is the case, report them for non compliance and find another item. You may also consider leaving feedback that describes your user experience of the transaction.
I would send one more message through eBay message system, making it clear that you are after information so that you can collect and pay for the item.
Then if for some twisty reason the seller opens up a non payment dispute against you and issues a strike against you, you can contact eBay and have them remove the strike, as you can show that you had intent to pay and it was the seller that prevented you from doing so,.

Did you see the above post by Crikey? The one that says: "I'm unable to contact my trading partner through email. How do I get their telephone number?"
That is a link which will explain how to get a sellers contact info.
Click on the blue writing and that explains how to get their contact details. Ebay do it for you , and will also send the seller your contact details as well.

The only contacting ebay you need to do is getting the seller's phone number as you have been advised how to do twice now and why wait? Do it now, they will be notified that you have asked for it and will be given yours too so there is then no excuse for not gtting in touch. I would give them a call as soon as I got the number and if they are going to refuse to sell you will not be wasting any more time on them.
