vgc could be very good condition.
if in doubt what something means in a description, Ask the Seller via the link at the very bottom of the page, o'wise you could be disappointed if you think it meant something different.

& means 'ampersand'. The & symbol.
It probably means they have pasted HTML, rather than pasting text.

html can affect posts here, too.
ampersand is quite a nice sounding word, not used much anymore, sad ๐
