ouch! sorry to say but I think you have lost your money on that one. Way too long ago to do anything about now. You only have one hope left and that is if you paid by credit card through paypal you might be able to do a chargeback through your bank but even the time for that might have expired

These boards are members' boards. They are not manned (or normally read) by eBay.

As said, if you funded your payment with a credit card, you might be able to get your bank to do a chargeback.

The normal sequence of events is to contact the SELLER if the item doesn't arrive in a timely manner. Remembering that Paypal only allow 45 days for you to open a dispute (if that is how you paid), and flag your payment quite prominently with that information.

Then open an Item Not Received Case. Then the seller has to prove they posted it to you.

Then leave appropriate feedback. 60 days for this, but once again you are way over time.

I suspect you have done your dough. I hope it wasn't a lot, but consider it a payment for your training in how to buy safely online.

A kayak is quite large. Are you sure the seller was supposed to post it?
