What's up the feedback system's nose at the moment?

I have been trying to leave feedback on one item for two days, when I  complete the info and hit leave feedback, nothing happens.
 Bloody annoying, I like to let them know  just after receiving an item, not weeks later.

Possibly there is a glitch in the system ? If you contact the Seller and leave a "thank you" message and explain that you will leave fb as soon as you can.

I've received very few feedback from buyers compared to normal this month

I've just managed to leave feedback for a seller (on Chrome) without any problems.
