Why I am I being asked to pay twice for an item I have already received?

I have already settled the item in question I paid for it via bank deposit and here is the response I recieved from the seller after I contacted him when I received the first wrong notice form Ebay of non-payment.  The item in question was delivered to me and I find it absurd that my account should be black listed for non payment when the seller responded to me with the below message:

[phorum_junkie*]

More importantly, their name, eBay ID and phone number.

MUCH more importantly, I have my bank details displayed in every listing and all anyone can do with that information is fraudulently deposit money into my account (wishful thinking) but with my name, email address and phone number they can cause me all kinds of grief both on and off ebay.
