Ihave just finished spending hours on a email telling you of my troulbe working through your labrith of questions to get a simple answer to a basic question, only to be shut down mid stream. I am fed up with the complecations of ebay Help line. You have so many hoops to jump through. Why can't you have one line for general questions, for people like me who are not tecnical inclined and don't understand. My memory is bad and all I want is someone to guide me and perhaps do the enqiry for me. Is this to much for Ebay to provide such a service. You can contact me. Very unhappy customer. I purchase reguarly but when a problm comes along, I have such difficulty trying to get it sorted, and could do with one phone number to ring and get help.please at least respond to this email. to show you do have some compation for people such as me My Name is Jane

Hi Jane, you are not talking to eBay here, this is the community discussion forums, which are just other members like yourself. If you get this before your message is less than 5 minutes old, please edit it and remove your personal details. If it's now older than 5 minutes, self report your message using the "report innapropriate content" link and ask the mods to remove your personal details.
Is there anything that the experienced members of the forum can help you with?

In case you find your way back here,
You need to go via Help & Contact which is at at the top of any eBay page,(as there are different numbers for
different problems)
Help & Contact,then Contact eBay,followed by the option you need,(it will then give you a phone number).
You might need to try a few different optiuon to get the phone contact to come up.
Ps: making things difficult for members is what eBay is good at,(if you can't contact them then it's less hassle for
them),

Once again i just finished doing an answer only to loose it all. I give up EBay is to complecated when it comes to help. OUT OF 10 I WOULD GIVE IT 0. FED UP CUSTOMER. TOTALY FED UP.

If you are having so much trouble contacting ebay try asking your question here on the boards.
There are plenty of experienced members here who will help you sort it all out in no time flat. Not only are we quick with the help we usually have all the answers which is more than ebay Help often does.
