Can't trust ebay or paypal anymore with our own money. Seller does not send item and when finally get a refund where is it?????
Not in my bank where it shouyld be.... Who is collecting the interest while my money is in limbo somewhere earnig god knows who interest????????? My money should be in my bank straight away with a refund as it is MY money and no one elses to earn ointerest. This up to 30 days to go back in is ludicrous and should not be allowed.. For all i know my money in limbo is earning interst for some terrorist group for all i know. Not for me where it should be. So can not trust ebay sellers when they are not here, or paypal who you trust with your money, big laugh, or the banks either...
WHERE IS MY MONEY?????????????

Are your bank card details up to date and correct?
If you have a problem with eBay then contact them:
This gives you their direct links without having to go through their rigmarole:
https://www.ebay.com.au/help/home
Just keep in mind that the Call option is only available during business hours,
(from 8am to 8pm AET Monday to Friday, and 9am to 7pm AET Saturday and Sunday).
Have us call you seems to be the best option.
Just scroll to the bottom of that page.
If you use the chat option and none of their "options" suit then select which may be closest to why you
want to contact as their "selections" are limited.
If you need to contact Paypal their Australian toll free number is: 1800 073 263
Customer service hours are 6am to 10 Mon to Fri and 8am to 7pm Sat and Sun (AEST).

If you funded the payment through your bank account the refund will remain in your paypal account....you need to withdraw it manually.
If it was funded with a debit or credit card it will go back to that account but takes a few days to appear.
Paypal does not hold refunds to earn interest at all.

Log in to PayPal - it's probably there.

Paypal does not hold refunds to earn interest at all.
But PayPal does have other ways that they earn interest/charge extra fees.

The OP's complaint is that paypal is withholding refunds to earn interest.
That is patently not true.....the refunds are in paypal accounts within minutes of being processed and back in debit/credit accounts in 1-3 days dependng on the bank concerned.
I could not comment on other ays they maay earn interest......I don't keep any funds in paypal and hve never been charged more than the advertised rate for any services I have used.
