Why has a seller have the right to rip you off

Two months??, gosh!!, never get strung along by seller. You had 45 days to open a dispute with paypal ( if you paid that way). Maybe chargeback with credit card ( if paypal payment was funded that way). I don't like your chance though..

Why has a seller have the right to rip you off

Only took me a few minutes to find them on the internet-registered business in Victoria and all details freely avaialble to you. Presume Victoria has something like a Department of Fair Trading so why don't you phone Nev or Kev and tell them to refund your money within 24hrs or you'll see them in court ???

They don't.

Maybe if you give us a few details we can help you but a loaded question like that does not give us much idea of what your problem is.

G-P-R-S has taken payment from me two months ago still hasn't sent item but states if you don't pay them with in 4 days they will report you constant emails to them after 45 days they sent a reply stating they have issues with their business but they are still trading and selling items so I contacted eBay and pay pal but they can't help me due to the 45 day dead line they know the system and just rip me off which is very poor

No seller has the right to rip any buyer off

it is up to every buyer to protect themselves by using Paypal and taking advantage of the totally free ''insurance'' offered by Paypal as a Buyer Protection by opening a dispute within the 45 day time frame from date of payment, and then escalating that dispute to a claim within the next 20 days... 65 days in total..

its there

its free and

it works

If they have stopped communicating then Fair Trading is the next logical step to take . Be precise and accurate when you contact them and have your documentations of the transaction handy so you can fax/email them when they ask.

You can do it online and they usually get back to you in a few days , or phone them .
