I'm sure there must be an entire sub-department within ebay whose sole purpose is to dream up solutions to problems that don't exist. They invent new ways to change the website UI, for no purpose other than to justify their own existence.
The 'new' functionality of the "Shop by category" drop-down sub-menus is a case in point: Now when you click on any sub-category under that main drop-down, instead of being given the usual list-view of the relevant sub-category, you're presented with a super-sized gallery-type view - why?
What's the logic behind this? So now when someone want to browse a category, they have at least a couple of extra mouse clicks in order to get to a nice, clear view of the desired category. Nuts... I also have a suggestion to improve the UI - sack the current developers and simply leave things alone... Mike.

Whenever you see the tabs or popups How can we make this page better for you or Tell us what you think, make sure you click on them and tell eBay what you think of the changes. Their never-ending fiddling is annoying to say the least.
