HAVE YOU NOTICED HOW MANY CHINESE SELLERS HAD NEGATIVE FEEDBACK IN THE LAST MONTH? YOU WILL BE SUPPRISED AT THE NUMBER AS I WAS, TAKE YOUR PICK .UNTILL I WAS BITTEN I HAD NOT NOTICED THE NUMBER OF NEGATIVES. WHICH MUST NOT BE GOOD FOR EBAYS REPUTATION!

I tend not to shout.
I don't buy much from eBay, as the things I buy are better bought in a real shop.
If I was to buy on eBay, I would certainly check the seller's feedback PRIOR to bidding/buying.
So, the onus is on the buyer to check BEFORE they buy, asd it always has been.
Caveat emptor.

International sales are at a higher risk of complaints especially due to cheap=slow shipping. Given that Chinese sellers are virttually all interbational sales with cheap/slow postage, as well as often cheap made items, it amazes me that they manage to keep their fb as high as they do.
