Hi Everyone,
My question is why is my case being returned to the "being reviewed by Paypal" status again after Paypal decided my claim in my flavour and after Paypal asked me return the item to the seller and I provide Paypal with shipping information? Is my postmark stamped Australian Post's article lodgement receipt with extra cover(Insurance)taken for the returned item a valid and sufficient Proof of Shipment for Paypal? I am a bit worry is because although the post office said to me that online tracking is included after I take up extra cover(Insurance) for this item, this is not the case and I still cannot track this item online.
I am sorry for my bad English and thank you in advance.

Before I call them, I receive the email below on the 6th May 2013 from Paypal-
"Before we can issue you a refund, we need to confirm you returned the item to your seller. Unfortunately, we are having trouble confirming that you returned the item and cannot issue you a refund until we receive proof of shipment clearly showing the address where the package was shipped."
saying that I need to provide proof of return shipment Documentation again within 72 hours from the 6th May 2013. Then on the same day I re-uploaded the actual paperwork(the Australian Post stamped lodgement form) plus the email I received from Australia Post confirming that the item has already delivered back to the seller on the 30th April 2013. But after that until the time of writing(11th May 2013) I have not heard anything from Paypal again although I email them a few times again after that day(6th May 2013). So what can I do now since I am very worrying that I am not being able to get my money back.

Forget about dealing with Paypal via email. If you ring and speak with them directly, as long as the proof of shipment which you've already uploaded to them meets their requirements, it is very likely that they will issue a refund immediately.
Whatever happens, be civil and polite. After all, you want them on your side. 😉

It is not unusual for uploaded documents to go astray...it is best to RING paypal a couple of days after sending the documents and ask if they were received.
As CQ says...do not rely on emails....ring paypal and you will probably find the refund done on the spot.

Thanks for all your helpful responses so far and Paypal has already refunded the money back to my Paypal account. My other problem is today when I attempted to post an item that I sold on ebay in a prepaid registered post envelope at my local post office's counter, the lady at the counter asked me to drop my parcel into the street's red boxes instead since she said she could not take it at the counter because the item is not a document although the item does not exceed the maximum weight stated on that prepaid envelop. My question is does the Australia post office's free basic insurance that comes with the registered post delivery method covers my item if the item is lost in this way? Is there a very high possibility that the item will be lost if it was dropped into the red boxes instead of at a counter? Thanks in advance for your help.
