Why is my purchase history gone, only last month, have tried changing to whole year..

I am waiting on many items, but they are no longer in my purchase history??? Is this the way this company works!!! Can somebody tell me how I can see what is missing or contact these crooks...??? Thanks Max

My purchase history is fine, have you perhaps deleted them by mistake ?  You could try clearing cache and cookies then rebooting your computer, or restoring your computer to an earlier date maybe.

If you have deleted them by mistake then I don't think there's any way of getting them back. The only other thing I can think of is if you've got the "show hidden items" button pressed.
