After some advice please!
Bought an item and sadly had to initiate a return as it was damaged and unusable. Seller initally agreed to refund my money.
I returned the item, which they received in February. After that, no response/reply to messages and no refund.
Eventually refunded via eBay and left negative feedback.
Can the Seller leave me Negative Feedback in return? I'm worried because the seller is sending me rude messages asking me to remove my negative feedback which I don't want to do.
Thanks!

Thank you for your reassurance!
I was so worried as luckily I have not had anything like this happen before! Hopefully never again.

I hate to tell you but if the seller knows what they are doing they can have that feedback removed anyway.
One of the grounds for removal is when you mention a dispute in the feedback.

Just watch your feedback as the seller may give you positive feedback with negative comments. If this happens then report the feedback to ebay.

Thanks everyone, will take this on board!

Even if the seller could leave you a neg as used to be the case what harm do you think it would do unless you wanted to sell on the same account you use for buying?
