Won an auction and paid but seller no longer registered

Hi All,

Looking for some pointers on what to do.

I won an auction a few days ago and paid immediately. Now when I go to 'My eBay' it says eBay had removed the listing and the seller is no longer a registered user (so I can't contact them through eBay).

The seller never marked the item as sent and I paid using paypal linked to a credit card.

Should I go to the resolution centre or lodge a dispute now, or wait to see if my item arrives?

That generally means they where scam items and the seller would have been reported.

In the last few weeks that could be iPads,Binoculars,high end TV's,iPhones,Android phones,entertainment

units,binoculars,walkie talkies,wind generators,etc.
