I purchased a light from a rather large seller and they sent me the wrong item and asked me if I would like to buy the item they sent me at a 15% discount.I said I would purchase it but still wanted the item I originally purchased,which they said they would mail out to me the next day,I sent an email asking for an invoice for the other item and had they sent my original item,two more emails later I finally got a reply saying my original item had "fallen off the back of a truck" and was damaged and they have no more in stock.Do any of you helpfull people have any suggestions as to what course of action I should take on this matter.
